Alexandre has acquired extensive experience in the business world before joining M&B, through various internships in the legal departments of several international corporate conglomerates (General Electric, Hachette Livre).

He also has a broad experience across various different sectors (banking and finance, retail, publishing, renewable energies).

Before joining M&B, Alexandre worked in the Corporate/M&A department of an English law firm, Watson Farley & Williams LLP, advising renewable energy sector clients (onshore wind farms and solar farms).
Alexandre has expertise in business law, contract law, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, as well as consulting on the preparation of litigation.

Alexandre joined M&B in April 2019.
