Catherine Hilgers

Admitted to the Paris Bar

Catherine started her career in the French Government – Department of Tax Affairs.  She joined the Paris office of EY Société d’Avocats, in 2002. She became a Partner in 2008. In 2010, she moved to their Montpellier office to become the Head of the Tax department.

In 2017, Catherine became Tax Director of an international industrial group.

Catherine is a tax lawyer with extensive legal experience across government, the private sector and in private practice. Her experience gives her a unique oversight of corporate and individual taxation in an international environment. She is particularly skilled in international taxation and tax audit and litigation and also has significant experience in transaction tax structuring and transfer pricing.

• Graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris
• Graduate of the ENI (Ecole Nationale des Impôts)

She was a lecturer at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris
