Education:

• Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession, specializing in Business Law, at ISDE –Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía in Barcelona ;
• Master’s in Competition and Contract Law at Université Paris-Saclay ;
• Dual Master’s in Spanish and French Law at Université Panthéon-Assas – Paris II and Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona ;
• Dual Degree in Spanish and French Law at Université Panthéon-Assas – Paris II and Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona.

During her studies, Clara completed internships in France and Spain with various organizations and structures, such as law firms in Barcelona, the Commercial Court of Paris and the Legal Department of LVMH. With a bilingual French and Spanish academic background, Clara decided to specialize in business law, in particular commercial law, contract law and corporate law.

Clara joined M&B as an associate lawyer in April 2022, after completing her internship.
