Elodie Loriaud

Admitted to the Paris Bar (2005) and the Barcelona Bar (2012)

She started her career with M&B in 2005, becoming a partner in 2015.   With her significant experience in both contract and employment law, she now runs the firm’s French and Spanish employment law department.  She is very well placed to advise clients on all cross border contentious and non-contentious matters, given her extensive knowledge of both French and Spanish law.

Education:

• Degree in employment law and social security law in Spain (Centro de Estudios Financieros)
• Certificate of Spanish law (University of Aix -Marseille III in partnership with the University of Salamanca)
• Master’s degree in Media law (University of Aix-Marseille III)
• Double Master’s degree / LL.M in French law and German law (Universities of Cologne and Paris I)
