Education:

  • Master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession, specialising in labour law (Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid);
  • Master II in International Business Law (François Rabelais University in Tours);
  • Dual Master I in Franco-Spanish Law, specialising in European and International Law (Autonomous University of Madrid / University of Strasbourg);
  • Dual degree in French-Spanish Law (Autonomous University of Madrid / University of Strasbourg);

Thanks to her dual French-Spanish legal culture, Lydia worked in the Export Commercial Department of a Madrid-based company (Prefabri-Steel) with the aim of concluding international contracts, in particular with French-speaking countries, and managing the administrative requirements with the French government. As she is particularly interested in Labour Law, she completed an internship at the Juzgado de lo Social n°31 in Madrid and strengthened her knowledge in procedural law.
