Admitted to the Barcelona Bar (1992)

Began her carrier at Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira in Barcelona in 1994. Became a partner in 2007 and a member of the “French Desk ».

From July 2011 to April 2013, Eva Lasuncion was a partner at EY (Ernst&Young) and headed the Spanish “Personal Tax Services” department.

Since 2013, has been collaborating with M&B Avocats as a tax lawyer of counsel.

Has more than 20 years of experience in the tax field. Advises particularly on tax planning for entities or individuals with significant assets. Assists clients in the implementation of their asset strategy, real estate investments on a national or international level.

Eva has special expertise in the legal and fiscal treatment of art collections.

Eva is a lecturer on the “Contemporary Art Management” degree at the University of Barcelona Bar.

• Law degree (University of Navarra- Spain)
